As part of our growing outdoor service team, Michel Carter Landscaping Services is looking for a motivated landscaper to help with lawn care, garden maintenance, planting and outdoor improvement projects.

Your responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, gardens and outdoor areas for residential clients
• Assist with mowing, edging, trimming, blowing and cleanup work
• Help with planting, mulch installation and small landscape improvements
• Prepare tools, materials and work areas before each job
• Keep job sites clean, organized and safe
• Work with the team to deliver reliable and careful service

Profile we are looking for

• Experience in landscaping, lawn care or outdoor maintenance is appreciated
• Comfortable working outside in different weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
• Attention to detail and respect for client properties
• Ability to work as part of a small hands-on team

Conditions

• Position based in the San Jose, CA area
• Full-time or seasonal position depending on profile and availability
