Garden Maintenance Helper
Michel Carter Landscaping Services is looking for a garden maintenance helper to support our team with planting, weeding, pruning, watering, mulch and seasonal garden care.
Your responsibilities
- Assist with weeding, pruning, planting and garden bed maintenance
- Help prepare flower beds, shrubs and planted areas
- Support mulch installation and basic landscape refresh work
- Water, clean and maintain outdoor areas as needed
- Remove leaves, debris and small green waste from job sites
- Work carefully around plants, paths and existing outdoor features
Profile we are looking for
- Interest in plants, gardens and outdoor maintenance
- Experience is appreciated but not required for motivated candidates
- Reliable, careful and comfortable with hands-on work
- Good attitude and willingness to learn from the team
- Ability to work outdoors and follow simple instructions
